Best Tools to Sync Business Hours Across Google, Facebook and Your Website

Horair advertises Google, Facebook and website hours sync; BrightLocal and Mobal offer broader listings management; HoursRight prepares approval-ready notices. SetMyHours and HoursBeacon are Coming Soon. This is a comparison of documented offerings, not a performance ranking or hands-on test.

Hours products and broader listings platforms

Horair

Horair advertises hours sync to Google, Facebook and a website, plus special hours and scheduled changes. It also manages reviews, alerts and team roles. Its self-service trial makes it a candidate for local businesses wanting those combined features. Ask how Facebook exceptions are represented and how its website widget is installed; the advertised destinations do not establish identical date handling or delivery speed.

BrightLocal Active Sync

Active Sync’s coverage guide lists opening-hours updates to Google, Facebook, Bing and Apple Maps, with Yelp via eligible Active Sync Plus plans. Its setup guide includes a special-hours section. It also manages other listing fields and external-change alerts, making it relevant for agencies and businesses with wider listing maintenance needs.

Those sources do not establish publishing hours onto your own website. Confirm that part separately. Its comparison page advertises Active Sync from $8/month/location, while its current pricing table lists the one-location Manage suite at $54/month billed monthly or $485 billed annually. Those are different offers, not interchangeable total costs. The table reserves “Price on request” for 250+ locations. Confirm the package and billing period you need rather than using an old launch-post price.

Mobal

Mobal documents listings management across Google, Apple, Bing and Meta, including bulk holiday closures. Its help documents special-hours edits. The product covers more than hours, with optional reputation/content capabilities and supported onboarding.

For website output, it advertises an additional restaurant website product and a WordPress hours plugin that can connect to Mobal or use manual hours. That does not imply every existing website connects automatically. Listings Pro pricing starts at €49/month monthly or €40/month annually; confirm the location scope and website cost for your setup.

Drafting services and products still being built

HoursRight

HoursRight turns a WhatsApp message into drafts for Google, website notices and Facebook/Instagram posts, with owner approval before public changes. It may suit an owner wanting help preparing the message. Its setup-call route is service-oriented; the inspected page does not prove unattended structured-hours sync or show a public price.

SetMyHours

SetMyHours describes Google/Facebook sync, holiday schedules and future Apple/Bing destinations, but explicitly labels the product Coming Soon. Treat those features as plans rather than an available tool you can rely on today. We found no established purchase price in the inspected page.

HoursBeacon

HoursBeacon is also Coming Soon. It is testing a much narrower temporary-hours workflow at a proposed €39/year/location. The preview demonstrates the idea; integrations and a website widget are not live. It belongs in the planned category, not at the top of a fake ranking.

Ask these questions before choosing

  1. Does the actual plan cover each destination and your existing website?
  2. For a one-day change, does it send a dated hours entry, replace a weekly schedule, or publish a text notice?
  3. Who approves changes, checks the public result and restores anything that does not expire?
  4. Are unsupported destinations and failed updates shown clearly?
  5. Do you need broader reviews/listings features, or would the manual mismatch checklist meet the need?

For an urgent closure, use the free owner controls and a dated website notice first. Buying a tool is not a prerequisite for giving customers a useful answer.

THE PRODUCT IDEA · COMING SOON

Looking for a simpler temporary-hours workflow?

If you need broad listings management now, the available products above are worth investigating. HoursBeacon is Coming Soon and testing a much narrower job: one temporary change, with less repeated editing. Google comes first; a website component is planned. There is no live sync or installable widget today.

Try the HoursBeacon preview — no real hours are updated.

Frequently asked questions

Does syncing weekly hours mean holiday hours work everywhere?

No. Ask how each connected destination receives a dated exception, what happens when it ends, and how failures are shown. A social notice and a structured hours edit are different outputs.

Can I do this manually for free?

You can edit listings through their owner controls and add a dated website notice. For occasional changes, a checklist and an expiry reminder may be enough.
